About Royal Brunei Airlines
Royal Brunei Airlines is the national flag carrier airline of the Brunei Darussalam, which was founded in November 1974 and
started operating from May 1975. The airline operates services to 16 destinations in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and Australia from its hub at
the Brunei International Airport. It is headquartered in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei and has codeshare agreements with several airlines including Cathay
Pacific/Dragonair, Garuda Indonesia, Malaysia Airlines, Thai Airways International, Maswings, Myanmar Airways International, etc. Royal Brunei Airlines
has won the ‘Best Foreign Airline’ at the Sabah Tourism Awards in 2011. It is owned by the Government of Brunei.
